By accessing or using Fylento, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. The Fylento service

Fylento provides browser-based utilities for working with PDFs, images, and related file formats.

Current tools include PDF merging, splitting, organization, PDF and image conversion, image resizing, and image compression.

Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed over time as the service develops.

3. Your files

You remain responsible for the files you choose to process using Fylento.

You should only process files that you own or have the right and permission to use.

Fylento does not claim ownership of the files you process or the output files created using the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fylento to:

• • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights belonging to another person
• • Process or distribute malicious software
• • Attempt to interfere with, overload, damage, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Fylento systems or services
• • Use automated systems in a way that causes excessive or abusive traffic

5. Local processing

The current browser-based Fylento utilities process supported files locally on your device.

Future features may use server-side processing where necessary. If that happens, relevant tools and the Privacy Policy will describe how those files are handled.

6. No guarantee of file compatibility

File formats can vary significantly. Fylento does not guarantee that every valid, damaged, or unusual PDF, image, or other file will process successfully.

Password-protected, corrupted, unusually large, or unsupported files may fail to process.

7. Back up important files

You should keep an original copy of important files before processing or modifying them.

8. Availability

Fylento may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, updates, hosting problems, or circumstances outside our control.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Accuracy and reliability

Fylento is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While the service is designed to process files accurately, you are responsible for checking the resulting file before relying on it for important, professional, financial, academic, legal, or other purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fylento and its operators are not responsible for losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including lost files, corrupted output, lost data, business interruption, or other indirect losses.

You use Fylento at your own discretion and should verify important output before using or distributing it.

11. Third-party services

Fylento may rely on third-party providers for hosting, security, analytics, payments, infrastructure, or other services.

Those third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

12. Future paid services

Fylento currently focuses on free browser-based tools.

Paid features, subscriptions, usage limits, or premium services may be introduced in the future. Any relevant prices and conditions will be displayed before a purchase is made.
