Fylento brand

Fylento™ is used as a trademark for the Fylento service. The Fylento name, logo, visual identity, and related brand elements are used to identify Fylento and distinguish its services from others.

The ™ symbol indicates a trademark claim. It does not state or imply that Fylento is a registered trademark, and the ® symbol is not used for the Fylento brand unless an applicable registration is obtained in the future.

What you may not copy

Except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable third-party or open-source license, you may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Fylento's original website content, branding, logo, graphics, visual design, or original source code without prior permission.

You may not present Fylento's original branding, design, or content in a way that falsely suggests another website, product, or service is operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Fylento.

Third-party and open-source material

Fylento uses third-party software, libraries, services, icons, and other technologies where appropriate. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses, terms, and intellectual property rights.

Fylento does not claim ownership over third-party material simply because it is used as part of the service.

Permission requests

If you want permission to reproduce or use protected Fylento material beyond what is allowed by law or an applicable license, contact support@fylento.com.

Reporting unauthorized copying

If you believe Fylento's original code, content, design, branding, logo, or other protected material is being copied or used without authorization, you can report it to support@fylento.com.

Please include the location of the suspected unauthorized use, a description of the Fylento material involved, and enough contact information for us to review the report.
